Delivery & Returns
The standard UK delivery charge is £4.95 and orders over £70 will be delivered free of charge. Please note we do not currently send products outside the UK – for international delivery please shop via Trouva. You can also contact us at email@example.com to discuss any international delivery queries.
Providing your items are in stock, orders will be despatched the next working day and usually delivered within 2 days of despatch but up to 4 working days should be allowed. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.
Where possible, we will endeavour to send all of your items together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as available – we will let you know if an item is going to be delayed. Please note – you will only be charged one delivery charge per order. If any item in your order is out of stock and no longer available we will notify you and refund you for this item.
All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Whilst we will use our best efforts to meet all orders we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular products displayed on this website.
We reserve the right to discontinue the offer of any product listed on the website at any time without notice.
If you have an email address registered with us you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been despatched.
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, you must contact us within 8 working days of receiving the parcel by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note – all items need to be returned within 14 days, complete and in a reasonable condition.
Where possible, we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. This does affect your statutory rights.
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we will not be responsible for return postage or the costs associated with this.
Once you have contacted us, please ensure that you include the receipt, and we would recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting, in case the parcel fails to reach us for any reason.
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping.
To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, please follow the Returns procedure.
